Explore Western Uganda

Explore Western Uganda

Experience the warmth and hospitality of Uganda, home to the rare mountain gorilla. This 10-day safari offers diverse wildlife and landscapes.

Overview

More than just the Pearl of Africa, Uganda is your home away from home.

In addition to the warmth and hospitality of visiting a country frequently ranked as one of the most inviting in the world, Uganda is home to the rare mountain gorilla. With over half of the remaining mountain gorillas in Uganda, this is truly their home – and this 10-day Uganda safari is your invitation to come in and stay a while.

By taking in the diverse wildlife — like the tree-climbing lions and varied landscapes of western Uganda (including the mountains that once earned Uganda the nickname the Switzerland of Africa) – you’ll enjoy a local experience that makes you feel right at home.

The average rainfall per month ranges from 46mm (1.8”) to 86mm  (3.4”).
