Eligibility:

• Entrants must be at least 18 years old at the time of submission.
• Legal recourse against the contest or its results is not permitted.
• The prizes are non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition or the prize draw.
• Multiple entries in the same prize draw are not allowed.
• Each person is limited to one entry per competition.

Prizes:

• The giveaway includes two sets of three distinct prizes: a Zanzibar getaway (3-night stay for 2 guests at a luxury hotel, with RT flight from Uganda or Rwanda included), one gorilla permit, and one chimpanzee permit.
• The prizes will be awarded in conjunction with booked trips with Kikooko Africa Safaris for a minimum duration of 7 days.

Prize Redemption:

• The winners must claim their prizes by commencing travel on or before December 31, 2025.

Drawing Date:

• The drawing will take place on February 12, 2024, following the conclusion of both Swiss travel fairs.
• Winners will be notified via the email address provided in their entry form.

Transferability:

• Prize winners are allowed to transfer their prize to another person. However, the same rules apply to the transferee: they must be over 18, a resident in Switzerland, adhere to the minimum trip length, and travel by the specified date.
• This transfer must be documented in an email sent to info@kikooko.travel, including the details of both the original winner and the transferee.

• By entering the contest, participants agree to abide by these rules and any decisions made by Kikooko Africa Safaris.
• Kikooko Africa Safaris reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest at any time.
• Any taxes or additional fees associated with the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Employees and immediate family members of Kikooko Africa Safaris are not eligible to participate in the contest.

• The competition is organized by Kikooko Africa Safaris, LTD. The company is responsible for the prize giveaway as described.
• The contest is open to all persons who are 18 years or older and are capable of acting.
• Employees of Kikooko Africa Safaris are excluded from participation.
• Participation is free of charge. The conclusion of a contract is not required for participation and does not influence the chances of winning.

• The closing date for entries is February 11, 2024, at 11:59 p.m GMT +1.

  The legal claiming of the prize is excluded. No cash payment will be made. Accuracy of participants’ data may be verified when awarding the prize. Kikooko Africa Safaris and their agencies are not liable for non-award of the prize due to factors beyond their control, including incomplete or incorrect winner details.
